Versatile commissioning for different car models in one line the inos iMS RSMA delivers precise and fast measurement results. If there is need for change according the production requirements or model switch the inos iMS RSMA can easily be adopted or expanded to the needs. The inos Multi Sensor Head is being used for these applications.

inos SMA: Stationary Gap&Flush Measurement Systems


For productions line in movement inos offers also stationary gap&flush measurment systems. In this measurement tunnel different car models and variants can be measured fast and precisely. In these systems the inos DSN Sensors are being used. They allow a highest density of measurment features to be measured.

Color independency, tolerance in positioning, highest reliability

The measurement tunnel operates with any color of the car body. By this you can introduce new colors during the car life cycle usually without the need for a new system calibration/installation. Special measurement procedures and algorithms ensure, that every single measurement point is highly available and that external influences like geometrical changes of the carrier are being recognized by the system. The system is highly tolerant against variances in positioning of the carrier in the tunnel.
