inos Multi Sensor Head
Measuring gap & flush in all positions and with any contour at high precisions
The inos Multi Sensor Head is a measurement device sensor especially designed for robot based gap & flush measurement applications. The core feature of this measurement head is its ability to measure nearly every contour in any position and orientation. The sensor consists of a setting of two laser triangulation sensors combined with a stereo light line sensor integrated in one device.The inos Multi Sensor Head measures with an accuracy of +/- 0,1mm gaps & flushes and can be used in body in white and in assembly lines.
Temperature stability
By the use of special high grade steel materials with a significant little temperature gradient and in combination with special design criteria in the geometric positioning of the single components a high level of temperature stability is achieved. By this the sensor only needs one calibration in the inos workshop and then can be operated in usual working environments with regular temperature range without a need to have additional measure for temperature or drift compensation.
